The Mindful Eating Institute, founded in 2017 by Petra Beumer, is a Santa Barbara-based counseling service that offers a comprehensive program to help clients achieve weight loss and develop a healthy relationship with food and their body. Petra's treatment model focuses on emotional self-care and aims to free individuals from restrictive dieting.
